1. The game

Wildwood Whispers is a free-to-play puzzle game offered by [DEVELOPER OR COMPANY NAME]. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play it on your own device for your own entertainment.

2. Your account

You may play with an anonymous account or sign in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for activity on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how account data is handled.

3. Virtual items and purchases

“Wisps”, boosters, lives, and similar items are virtual items with no cash value. They are licensed to you, not sold, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be lost if your account is deleted or terminated. Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, and refunds are handled by them under their policies and applicable law. You may also earn some items by playing and by optionally watching ads or gifting with friends; daily limits apply.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots, modify or reverse engineer the game, tamper with purchases or rewards, exploit bugs, harass other players, or use offensive display names. We may limit, suspend or end accounts that break these rules, and may adjust or remove items obtained unfairly.

5. Ads

The game contains optional rewarded ads and occasional between-level ads from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party ads or the sites they lead to.

6. Friends and community features

Friends features let you share limited information with people whose friend code you enter or who enter yours. Only share your code with people you want to connect with.

7. Ownership

8. Availability and changes
